Miracles occurred at the Dead Sea

We had two miracles take place at the Dead Sea while we were there! Allow me to share the stories:

My DH re-hurt his right knee this past December doing sprints on our local high school's football field. It had gotten so bad we had resolved that when we got back from our trip he would bite the bullet and get knee surgery. Even though he suffered tremendous swelling in his feet on the trip - his right knee has been completely healed! There is absolutely NO PAIN at all! He's absolutely thrilled and is claiming it as a healing and giving God the glory for it!

Then there was precious Mark & Kim. It was a miracle they were both able to go on the trip in the first place. Mark was wearing knee braces and using a cane everywhere we went for the first 4 days. When we arrived at the Dead Sea he shared that God had given him a dream to get into the Dead Sea and apply the mud to his body and he'd be healed. The first day/evening none of us knew where the mud was located (see my previous post on how we found the mud on the list here - The Most Incredible Days of My Life!). A select few of us found it that night due to my insane persistence and determination! The next morning we went out to get Mudded Up again and there were several from our group already out floating in the Dead Sea. I immediately made a bee line to the right side of the shoreline and started Muddin' 'Er Up and low and behold here they came! We all slathered mud on us head to toe! As Mark began applying the excessively warm mud to his body he shared his dream with us. We all agreed with him for his healing. Then I had to rinse off and go to the spa to get my Dead Sea Mud Body Wrap. (Yes, I know I can do my own, but I wanted to see what the spa did at the Dead Sea. That experience will be a future post) Long story short - Mark was Healed at the Dead Sea - Praise the Lord!!! The rest of the trip to include the extremely hard ride home on the airplanes and a three hour layover in Germany he NEVER used his knee braces or his cane! I saw him on Sunday at church and he's REALLY HEALED!!! No cane or knee braces still! How awesome is that!

The same thing for my DH! Absolutely no pain at all! And the biggest test for him is when he sits for any duration of time - the knee would (previously) set up and he would experience excruciating pain for several minutes while he tried to walk. He would actually limp for many minutes. Now - no pain - no setting up - just like new! I love it! God is so good!

Other smaller miracles occurred to some of the ladies (and even a few of the men!)from the application of the Miracle Dead Sea Mud, Salts and Brine. As I have written in my Great Beauty Tips Article (7 years this month on a weekly basis) the Dead Sea returned to them life to their hair, faces and body - the baby like softness and a healthy radiant glow. This is always something I love to watch occur on people. It never ceases to amaze me!

Well, that's all for this post!
Shalom Y'all! :o)

On the Plane Again!

OM! We're not in the USA Toto! Checking into the airport was a complete nightmare! It was like dealing with downtown New York at rush hour! The people are very rude and cut in front of you. It's almost as if you don't exist! I miss Southern hospitality tremendously right now!

We had a bit of a scare while in airport - there was a lady and her family of 6 (she made it a family of 7) that took almost 2 hours getting their plane tickets! We were all afraid we were going to miss our plane. Of course it all worked out, but it was quite unnerving for a while.

On the plane God gave us another miracle. Jim was in severe pain with his crushed hip (car crash in 1980 – that’s another miracle story for another time!) and bad back - plus the poor man's feet were severely swollen. (BTW, the man NEVER complained once – I just knew and could feel his pain – he’s such a trooper!) We were in the middle row of seats with Jim on the left aisle seat. When he sat down his right knee stuck through the two seats in front of him and that was before those seats were reclined! We had 9 hours on that plane back to Atlanta! If he had to stay that way for that long, they would have had to get the Jaws of Life to cut him out! I knew this could not happen to my dear hubby so I got up and went to talk to a stewardess. She saw how crammed in Jim was and said she’d do what she could. I went to the restroom. When I came out there was a young man with crutches right in front of me approaching the bulk head emergency seat and he said, “As much as I would love to sit here – I can not because I would be unable to help others. When I heard I looked at the stewardess and I immediately said, “I have the perfect seat for you my dear!” I then proceeded to introduce Thomas to my DH and they swapped seats. It turned out that Thomas had a cast on his left leg so he had to have a left aisle seat in order to be comfortable! Is God good or what!?

And you’ll never guess what he was in school for – are you ready? He’s a geologist! OM Goodness! God paired me up with a mineral studier! We talked for hours! He even looked at my Power Point Presentations on the Dead Sea! How cool was that! The best part is – he’s going to help me create a layman’s laboratory that will allow me to test for mineral content of our products! I was soooo blown away at how God hooked all that up!

The flight was extremely long but we made it through without a glitch! We all got our luggage coming and going! I must say if you travel over seas book with Lufthansa! They take phenomenal care of their customers - no matter what time of day it is!

Our luxury bus ride home was over before I knew it - because I slept most of the way home! It's good to be home again. But I must tell you - half of my heart was left in Israel! I can't wait to return!

Luv~N~Hugs to you all!

Our last day in Israel

Well we’re back home – safe & sound! We had quite an incredible experience these past few days I couldn’t post to the blog site. Allow me to share them with you (FYI: this may be quite long!)

Our last day in Jerusalem was quite amazing! After the enormous breakfast feast (it was a feast every morning & night at the hotels! We all ate way to much!) we headed out the door for Hazon Yeshaya a local mission’s outreach that feeds the poor in Jerusalem. The soup kitchen that we went to was in the middle of a Modern Orthodox Jewish community. We went by a bus stop and saw literally hundreds of Modern Orthodox Jewish men & women herding into the bus station. The men were dressed in black pants & jackets (like a men’s suit coat), white shirts and a Yamaka (skull cap) and some a large black hat. There are several reasons why they wear the Yamaka:
• For recognition that God is "above" humankind
• Showing their "acceptance" of the 613 mitzvot (commandments)
• demonstration of the "ministry" of all Jews
• "identification" of/with other Jewish people

Some have a custom of wearing two head coverings, typically a Yamaka covered by a very large black hat. The two coverings correspond to two levels of intellect, or two levels in the fear of God. The other thing we noticed was many of the Jewish boys and men had what is called Payot - which are long , mostly curled side burns. These are worn ranging in size from 1 up to 8 inches long. (I saw a few men that had Payots this long – possibly longer).

There we learned that about 38% of Israel is poverty stricken. We all went into the kitchen and were given disposable gloves and aprons and we began to peel literally mounds of potatoes. We had several stations where we broke up into small groups and worked together. As we peeled we began talking to each other. I learned all about my church’s food ministry – Isaiah 58. This ministry reaches out into our local community and helps to feed the poor with not only physical food but spiritual food as well. You can read more here: http://isa58waio.blogspot.com/

As we worked peeling potatoes in an enclosed kitchen cubical with no air conditioning or circulation it dawned on me how ‘wrapped up in myself’ I have become. God really convicted me about getting/reaching out to help others no matter where I was. I really can make a difference if I would just be willing to show up and do the work. My goal is to make myself available in my home town with our church’s Isaiah 58 ministry.

Once we left the soup kitchen we headed out to the Judean Desert for lunch in the Tents of Abraham (Genesis Land). None of us had any idea what we were in store for here. The land was completely barren and the heat index ‘felt’ like 130°! When the wind blew it was hot and dusty! We met inside the main building where we were told the story of the land and all about father Abraham and how he came to the area. Then we went outside and half of the group went down to the tents/restaurant via a camel ride! Those camels were the most hysterical thing I’ve ever seen! They had double seated saddles on them so two people could ride at one time. There weren’t enough camels for all of us to ride at the same time so we split the group up – half would ride down – the other half would ride back up. I was in the ‘ride back up group’. As I walked on the dusty road I looked at my feet and saw how filthy they were. I began to think about the time Jesus washed his disciples’ feet and realized their feet were probably a lot dirtier than mine were at the time and how much work Jesus must have put into each foot to clean them up! Then I realized how much work He has done to clean me up! I was quite emotional behind my sunglasses in that desert heat. But a spirit of true thankfulness and realization of my heavenly Father’s love really hit me at that moment.

After many minutes in the sun and heat we rounded the corner and there it was! The Tents of Abraham. They were of course more modern - after all it was a restaurant! But I have to say I was in awe that someone had a vision and came all the way up to the top of a desert mountain and created a business in the middle of barren, dry, ugly land and had enough faith that it would be profitable! Then it dawned on me it wasn’t only faith they had – they also had hard work ethics, determination & dedication to their dream/vision. People come from all over the world to encounter a memorable experience with this small business! That got me so excited about my own business! Hey – I’ve been graphed into the Blessings of Abraham – it’s there for me (and all those that will accept it!) to receive! Isn’t that an awesome thought!?

We had the tastiest meal of the entire trip at The Tents of Abraham! We all sat on cushions on the floor inside a modern day tent. Our ‘china’ was hand made pottery plates and cups that were glazed. Our host was a very handsome young actor (age 25 – I asked) that depicted father Abraham – he did a superb job! When lunch was over – it was time for The Mud Queen™ to mount her camel and conquer the mountain! My riding partner was precious little Brittany Kay (age 20) and together she and I conquered the mountain! If you’ve never ridden a camel – it is an experience to say the least! Once you are ‘on board’ the camel begins to rise up from its hind legs first – so you literally are catapulted forward with quite a jerking force. Then it stands on its front feet and begins to walk. The ride was liken to a horse ride – until it’s time to de-mount! Then the process reverses itself! The camel drops down on its front knees then the back legs fold up as the camel lays down for you to get off. Fortunately one of the guides caught Brittany as our camel sat down! I thought she was just ‘cameling (horsing!) around’ but she was really falling off the camel and the guide saved her in time. If he had not – she would have had some camel caca on her for sure! LOL! Needless to say – she was forever grateful!

We said goodbye to Abraham and his crew and headed to the Ela Valley or Sokho region. This was where David killed Goliath. My DH Jim told our tour guide not to get any ideas (Jim was by far the tallest of the group – 6’8”!) to use him for reenactment of the scene! LOL!

We all scoured the area for 5 rocks to take home. Since we had 3 in our family – I went and picked fresh Anise flowers while Jessica & Jim picked up stones to take home.

This was officially the end of our trip but we still had about 7 hours until our bags had to be in the hall way to bet put on the bus. One of the gentlemen (Bobby) in our group was on his 6th trip to Israel and he had previously started a ministry at the Jerusalem YMCA so he knew the area. Together with Bobby, his lovely wife Annette, myself, Jim (my DH), Jessica (our DD), Brittany, Leigh, Joyce & Sarah we all were dropped off in the middle of Jerusalem to see the old Jerusalem and Ben Yehuda area. The old Jerusalem was kind of unnerving for me. It was in a narrow tunnel-like section with the vendors (some) having a small 10x10 cubical as their shop. They would yell, and some would grab you to come into their shops. We had a few trying moments where it was nice to have a 6’8” husband tell them to ‘back off!’ while you looked.

We saw all sorts of things – clothes (even belly dancing outfits! Made me want to get back on my exercising badly! OM the thought of me in one of those right now is not very appealing! LOL!), prayer shawls, yamakas, silver chalices, Shofars (the ram’s horn that will be sounded to announce the return of Jesus on the Mount of Olives) silver items of all kinds, purses, shoes and my favorite – local art work, bread makers and spice shops.

It was getting late so several of us headed back to the hotel to finish packing – our bags had to be ready for pickup by 12:15am and we had to be in the lobby ready to leave by 12:45am. (Ouch! We had many ‘ouchies’ on this trip – but we made it through them all with flying colors!)

That's our last full day in Israel :o( We're already trying to return!

Much Luv~N~Hugs to you all! BTW, give three people you love a GREAT BIG Hug & Kiss after you read this post! It will make their day & yours!

Life's too precious to pass up the opportunity to love someone! It's all about the relationships you make while you're alive!

Life changing experience

Shalom Y’all! LOL! Believe it or not we actually found olive wood plaques that have tha inscribed on the over here! Blew our minds! We had been kidding about it on the bus and thought we were 'original'! Obviously not!

Today was another incredible life changing experience. We started the day extremely early this morning. We did a lot of walking around inside the old Rabbi tunnels under the Wailing Wall. Then we went to pray at the Wailing Wall. From there we went up to the Temple Rock where the old Jewish Temple used to reside. This area is now controlled by the Muslims and has a Muslim Mosque called the Dome of the Rock built on the grounds where the second Jewish Temple resided (built by King Herod). We saw an area that very well could be the actual rock on which the Holy of Holies resided. We all removed our shoes and stood on the rock and prayed for each other, Israel and the USA. This was a very spiritual moment for all of us.

From there we went down to the Southern Steps where the Israeli pilgrims entered and exited for their sacrifices for remission of sins. Then we went to the Yad Vashem (means Remember the Name) Holocaust Memorial Museum. This is a museum dedicated to the remembrance of all the Jews slaughtered during Hitler’s reign. This was an extremely emotional and very disturbing time of the day for all of us.

From the museum we went to the Garden tomb and also viewed what they believe to be Golgotha - based on archeological studies.

Going into the tomb was a very exhilarating experience for all of us. It was so exciting to know – He’s Risen! We don’t serve a dead God!!!

We came back to the hotel and had dinner as a group. I’m so very thankful that we went on this trip with all these wonderful people! There would have been no way to get to know them through Sunday morning services! Each person is so unique and absolutely priceless to our family. I will be praying for all of them (as I do all of you) daily.

Pass time for going to bed! Tomorrow is our last day and it’s pretty busy too! I’ve had the most incredible journey here and I’m so thankful we were able to come. But I can tell you – I’ll be VERY happy to come home and sleep in my own bed! :o)

Luv~N~Hugs to you all!!!

Short & Sweet

It's been a long day today. Our first stop was the Mount of Olives where Jesus ascended into heaven. After that we went to the Garden of Gesthsemane. We saw the rock that could be where Jesus wept three times before his trial.

We ended up with a hidden blessing - we were allowed to enter into a section of the garden that did not have public access. Then we split into mini groups and prayed for each other and Israel. It was quite a moving and emotional experience. I was so glad to have some prayer time with my family and my mother and her family. The bonding time was incredible.

When we were in the garden we saw an olive tree that was estimated to be around 2000 years old. I couldn't help but think it could have been a sappling when Jesus prayed, "Not My Will But Thine Be Done." Oh if trees could talk, as my DD Jessica said!

Once we left the garden we walked the Via Dela Rosa path - this is the path that the Catholic Church thinks Jesus carried the cross through old Jerusalem. There we saw hundreds upon hundreds of small shops/vendors. I was amazed at how many young children were selling products for their families.

Next we went to the Upper Room and King David's tomb. Then we shopped a little bit more and headed back to the hotel.

Although this sounds short and sweet - it took around 8 hours. We are bushed! And tomorrow's itenerary is going to be fuller! Wake up call is at 5:30 am! Double Ouch!!!

Luv~N~Hugs to you all!!!

The Most Incredible Days of my life!

The past 24 hours have been one of the most incredible days of my life! On Saturday evening we went down and got into the Dead Sea. I was amazed at how bouyant you truly are! There is a real art to getting in the water. You slowly walk out into the water, crouch/sit down and simply allow your body to float. Immediately your legs and feet pop up out of the water! It was so neat! The water this time of year is actually like getting into a hot tub in some areas - especially the shallow ones. I estimate the temperature to be around 100 degrees.

Our first visit we did not find any Dead Sea Mud! I was frantic! When we went in to eat dinner, I stopped at the front desk to ask them - "Where's the Mud!?" I explained I had studied their Dead Sea for a decade now and it was not acceptable The Mud Queen™ had arrived and there was no mud to play in! (I said this in a joking manner of course!) The attendant laughed and agreed with me! He told me that about only 15 meters on the other side of the beach was a an area with mud! I was so thrilled I almost squealed with delight! Six of us got into swim suits and headed down to the Dead Sea. We all slathered on the mud from from head to toe. - hair included! It was an awesome experience to be in the Dead Sea, totally covered in hot mud and have a full moon shining down on the Dead Sea. It just doesn't get much better than that!

Today we headed back out the Dead Sea and did more full body treatments on the shore line - then we went to the spa and had our full body spa treatments at the spa.

I'm beyond exhausted now and will have to post more tomorrow.

Quick~N~Simple - WE'RE AT THE DEAD SEA!!!

It just can't get any better than this! We were baptized in the Jordan River yesterday - Jim & I renewed our wedding vows afeter we were baptized and our daughter was the maid of honor! Not only am I at the Dead Sea that I have studied for 10 years - but I'm officially on my honeymoon at the same time! Neat - huh?!

Earlier today we saw where they discovered the Dead Sea scrolls and now we've arrived at the Dead Sea!

We're having all sorts of internet issues between hotels - but we are fortunate to get access in our room right now ($23 a night - ouch!). Our hotel room was upgraded by my mother (Thanks Mom! You ROCK!!!) to a suite and we're in a corner room of the hotel over looking the Dead Sea! I'm so excited and thrilled to be here! We have literally hundreds of pictures to download on our site - just unable to do that right now.

BTW, if you see spelling errors - I can't get spell check to work and am unable to cut and paste this into my MS Word program from the blog site. Weird I know but it's the way it is right now. So excuse me if I over look some misspelled words!

We've got our bathing suits on and are about to head to the Dead Sea shoreline! I want to take a quick moment and send out a Muddin' Wave "Hello" to all of our family, employees, Mudology University members back in the USA that are reading the blog. As well as the TSA Convention attendees! I miss you all and will think of you as I float in the Dead Sea in about 15 minutes! I pray you all have a WONDERFUL Spa Pampering Nite™ tonight! We held a private one in our room last night with about 8 ladies in our group that had nave had a Dead Sea facial! We had a blast! I told them all about the TSA convention and how Spa Pampering Nite™ originated with your group!

Off to float in the Dead Sea! Will post more later - access permitting!

Israel Day 1!

Wow, what a day. Trying to deal with jet lag ( it is 8 hours later here than at home), we were up at 6, had our luggage packed and out of the room by 7, ate a huge Israeli buffet breakfast and were on the bus by eight.

Here you see the group taking things in at the ruins of a theater in Caesaria. From there we went up to top of Mt. Carmel, overlooking the Valley of Armmageddon, where Elijah challenged the false prophets of Baal.

Then off to Tiberius on the Sea of Galilee, where we sent the night at the Dan Panorama, a luxury hotel right on the water front.

Day one was pretty easy, more posts and pics are on the way

We're off and on the plane

…Sorry this is late, we just got internet access and we’ll get more posts out tonight…

We finally made it on the plane. It is a very nice plane! Four rows in the middle and two seats on each side. The evening meal was really nice. I have a funny feeling I’m going to gain a few pounds on this trip! International flights are very interesting – listening to multiple languages and meeting all sorts of unique and interesting people. So far we’ve met two families that are from Atlanta, Ga. Both ladies have had premie babies. They are both precious children – Benny – 14 months old and Talya – 19 months. They are absolutely precious! Big smiles, playing peek a boo and extremely happy babies. What a joy they are. They make me miss the baby days soooo badly! It’s funny, when you’re dealing with diapers and they get into everything you can’t wait for them to grow up. Then when they are older you long for the baby days again. I guess its because as they get older you’re not their ‘world’ anymore and the fears of what could happen to them as they strive to gain their independence is very overwhelming. Especially if you have a daughter!

The anticipation of seeing Israel and the Dead Sea is so exciting to me. I read the menu of services at our hotel and realized they were using sub par ingredients in their product applications so I bagged up several pounds of our Mango Mineral Peel w/MSM, our brand new Rainforest of the Sea™ Mineral Mud Masque, Chocolate Roses™ Mineral Peel w/Caffeine and our Chocolate Roses™ Mineral Mud Masque w/Hyaluronic Acid. I combined our Hydrating Botanical Toner with the new Rainforest of the Sea Extract and man is it wonderful!

I can’t wait to behold all of the wonderful adventures we will experience on this trip. I’m so very thankful I have been so privileged to be able to experience this trip with my family!

Signing off for now to get some rest!

Packed & ready to go!

This is the day the Lord has made! I will rejoice and be glad in it! Amen! :o)

We're packed and ready to go! Keep us in your thoughts and prayers as we travel today. The flight is going to be VERY long! The time difference is 8 hours. It should be interesting to see how we all adjust to it.

I can't wait to see how God impacts our lives with this trip. I don't know when I'll be able to connect to the internet - so until my next post - Keep the Faith! We love you all!

Less than 24 hours & counting!!!

OM Goodness! It's almost here! I can't believe how fast this day has passed by! I still need to finish packing! Where did all the time go!? At this rate I might get left behind! LOL! That will never happen - I'd go naked if I had to! (Ugly thought I know! But I would! )

I had last minute ideas just in case our bath room suit case got lost. I created 3oz travel bottles and labeled them all (Really pretty deep blue Clowningway Font) then put pretty red bows on them for an accent. Over board - probably - but they look really cute! ;o) And I did it - BECAUSE I COULD! I just love the fact that I know how to make a formula, create it, make a label for it and package it! I'll get my DH to take a picture of it tonight for y'all to see. I think it would make great travel kits to retail in our boutique. Maybe it can inspire some of you!

Well, I just want to take a moment and Praise the Lord here! All of the AP is paid in full and so are the taxes and additional payroll! Is God GOOD or what!? Best part is - DH & I both had new sales take place today - we're pretty pumped!

Our staff has worked so hard and been very diligent with learning. I am so thankful for them! One of the really cool things we learned about this week (and implemented in our office on several computers) is Skype technology! We set up web cams with built in microphones and will be able to talk to our office on a daily basis - FOR FREE while we're in Israel - how COOL is that!?

Well, I guess I'd best be closing down the office the night and get home and finish packing and finishing up the outstanding laundry and house cleaning. I can't stand to leave our home in a mess before I go away. I want to come home to nice clean house when I return from a trip. The mess you're bringing home with you is enough to make you lose your hair as it is! LOL! I don't want an additional mess to contend with! Signing off for now!

Only two days away!

Sorry I've not posted for 2 days - it's been amazingly hectic at home and work getting ready for this trip. Not a moment goes by we don't think of one more thing to add to our list of 'things-to-do'!

We have made more trips to Wal-Mart (wish we had stock!) for shorts (long ones - can't wear short shorts over there!) shirts (with sleeves - I can't believe how covered up you have to be when you're away from the hotel.), underclothes (we're going for 10 full days - need extra undies in case of an emergency!) smaller bathroom items, and the list just seems to never end! We'll be staying at upscale hotels, but we still need to create 'travel toilet paper'. Who'da thunk it! We have to travel with our own TP! LOL! Sure glad I found out ahead of time!

I went into the office after church today and put all of our skin care products into foil pouches (properly labled of course!!) for proper traveling. My DH has graciously consented for me to have the full 'royal treatment' while at the hotel at the Dead Sea. Knowing what I know about their products over there (ingredients - basically lack of high quality - mostly laden with petro products - I want my treatments being done with MY products IF I see undesirable ingredients in theirs!!!! Who knows, maybe I'll teach them something while I learn a plethora of things at the same time.

We're planning on doing daily blog entries with pictures (possibly Pod Casts) so stay tuned! :o)

Overwhelmed

Today was very hectic at our office. We were finishing up the mini kits as well as the Spa Pampering Nite™ products to ship out to the TSA Convention. We have been working on reformulating our creme to eliminate some 'undesirable' ingredients by today's standards and man has that been a challenge! I am amazed at how much time, money and effort goes into reformulating a product! I know the work will be worth it in the long run - just don't like dealing with a self imposed dead line right now in the middle of trying to get out of the country next week!

I'm still in awe of the fact that I will be walking where Jesus did! I can't help but feel so unworthy and yet so privileged at the same time! It's such an awesome feeling to know I am a child of the King and will be able to see many of the places I have read about and heard about in church all of my life!

I visited the site of the hotel we will be staying at on the Dead Sea - it's AMAZING! Check this out: http://tinyurl.com/6n39ho When you get on the site - find the video button and play it - it will blow you away! My only fear is I will not want to come home! LOL!!!

Well, its late and time for me to start unwinding before bedtime. Tomorrow is a HUGE day at the office! Getting out shipments, paying taxes, AP for two weeks and Payroll, too! I am thanking God for all He has supplied us with before this trip took place. It's been amazing to watch how He has provided for us to make this trip possible. He's so Awesome!!!

Luv~N~Hugs to all!

Another day closer!

Today has been extremely hectic! I went out yesterday to a local Nubian Goat Milk Farm and purchased 5 gallons of fresh Nubian Goat Milk. Came back to the office and filled about 50 ice cube trays (Have about 5 qts remaining to freeze!) Worked all day on getting our products together for the TSA Convention's Spa Pampering Nite™ in Austin, Texas on July 18-20. I'm thrilled I will be at the Dead Sea during those dates, but I will deeply miss the wonderful people that attend this convention! This is where Spa Pampering Nite™ originated 5 years ago this year! In honor of our 5th year we are throwing a celebration Spa Pampering Nite™ for all of the attendees. We're shipping out a full Mud~N~Peel Bar™ that will be set up by 4 wonderful ladies that have attended previous this special nite with me at the convention. We plan on sending out a Muddin' Wave from the Dead Sea to the convention on the 19th & 20th from the Dead Sea. Who says you can't be in two places at one time! My body will be covered in the Miracle Dead Sea Mud and my heart will be in Texas! LOL!

We are working each day on preparation of our businesses while we are out of the country for this blessed trip. There are soooo many things that must be done before we go! Pre-pay all of the payables, write several weeks of payroll checks, create payroll tax payments on line, pay June sales tax, pay quarterly payroll state taxes, teach the employees about what to do in case of an emergency, go over how to make invoices, go over how to make deposits! The list seems to be never ending! Most of these tasks don't take a lot of time - just money! :o) I praise God for taking care of all of this ahead of time! He has supplied everything we need to be able to take care of all of our responsibilities and obligations - How Great is our God!!!

Then we have our home to deal with. We are soooo thankful for my precious father - Tom Ossink who is a vital member of our family and our businesses. He does it all - waters the plants, feeds & lets out our black & tan miniature Daschund Annabelle, washes floors, vacuums, picks up the daughter from school or ball practice. Then there's yard work - he's relentless when it comes to helping there! A few weeks ago we were leaving for the early morning service at our church and realized his car was in our driveway - as we passed by the house we saw him putting the yard clippings in the wheelbarrel that were left from the night before! When we called his cell phone and asked what he was doing - he said, "Just wanted to get a jump on the work before church starts! See ya this afternoon!" When we came home from church, most of the work was done! At our office he does the bank deposits, manages our warehouse, fills the distributors pallet orders, takes care of warehouse inventory and watches over things. Are we blessed or what! Thanks Dad - you're the greatest!!! We can go out of the country an know everything will be all right with you here!

Well, it's getting late and time to head home! I pray you have a blessed evening!

July 8, 2008 - Anticipation!!!

Hello & Welcome to my blog site! I am Tammy Doering - The Mud Queen™! Having lived with Psoriasis & Seborrhea for 16 years, I really wasn't a stranger to excessively over dry skin. But my entire life changed in 1997 when I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. My precious little girl was only 2 years old. I was partners with my DH in our computer & Internet business - Network Technology, Inc. After a year of 'zombie drugs' I prayed and asked God to show me what He had here on this earth that could help me function naturally without the use of harsh medications. Be careful what you pray for - you just might end up with more than you bargained for!

In 1998 I began learning about ancient natural therapies such as Aromatherapy (use of essential oils), Thalassotherapy (use of Mineral Salts & Hydrotherapy), Balneotherapy (use of mud wraps), Phytotherapy (use of Plant Extracts) and Heliotherapy (use of the sun for therapy). I began dreaming skin care formulas that incorporated all of these therapies. I began documenting and implementing natural treatments on myself. I have personally witnessed and experienced so many different types of healing from using Dead Sea ingredients blended with various other natural oils, butters and essential oils that I have made it my life's mission to teach the world about the Healing & Therapeutic Powers of the Dead Sea.

I am the President & Founder of a bulk company called - Dead Sea Bulk Materials & More!!!™. I have been researching, formulating, importing spa quality raw Dead Sea ingredients, manufacturing & teaching how to create spa quality Dead Sea Hair, Skin & Nail products for over a decade now.

The time has finally come for me to meet the Dead Sea face to face! I'm so excited I feel like a kid at Christmas! Our trip is only one week away from today (July 8, 2008)! I can hardly believe it! My family and I will be embarking on an adventure of a lifetime! We will be touring The Holy Land - Israel! We will be walking where our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ walked, ministered and lived, died & rose again! How awesome is that!
And after 10 years of research, formulating, importing and manufacturing spa quality products with Dead Sea ingredients - I will have the awesome privilege of personally beholding as well as getting into the the incredible - Dead Sea! I can't wait to see what God does with this trip for my life, heart, mind, body & soul - as well as my families! In addition to my DH - Jim Doering, DD - Jessica Doering (and of course - ME!) we be sharing this experience with my loving mother - Nancy Waters, step father - Steven Waters & my brother - Michael Waters along with 24 other ladies and gentleman from our church - Word Alive International Outreach.

Our goal with this blog to allow our beloved friends & customers to share in our incredible journey and experience our trip through pictures and postings on this site! Visit often and tell your friends and family about this site, too!
